The Business in Peru, or First Year Global Experience, was an immersive international program exploring Peru's Business and Social Landscape.
Traveling from Lima to Cuzco and Machupicchu, the 8-day program included visits to companies and government institutions, interactions with local learners at universities (including ESAN in Lima), and engagement with social enterprises and prominent personalities, like Peruvian economist Hernando de Soto, known for his work on the informal economy and on the importance of business and property rights.
After over 2,000 miles traveled in Brazil, 20 classes on Sustainable Energy, 16 academic visits, 8 cultural activities, 4 cities..
